Failure is a blessing

 રહી ગઈ યત્નમાં કાંઈ ખામી, 

મળી મને નિષ્ફળતા. 

કરી દિલોજાનથી મહેનત, 

છતાં ના મળ્યું ધાર્યું પરિણામ. 

હારી -થાકીને છોડ્યું લક્ષ્ય, 

હિંમત ના કરી ફરી ઉભા થવાની. 

સમજાવ્યું વારંવાર મનને, 

છોડી લોકોના વિચાર, કર જાત પર વિશ્વાસ.

નિષ્ફળતા તો એક વરદાન છે, 

મળે છે તેમાંથી અનુભવ, જ્ઞાન અને શિખ. 

ચુકી ગયા જો આ પગથિયું તો, 

ફક્ત ઉપર જ ચડી શકાય છે. 

પહોંચવા શિખરના કપરા ચઢાણ પર, 

મળે છે મજબૂતાઈ આ વરદાનથી જ. 

              માણસના અનેક પ્રયત્નો કરવા છતાં તેને ઈચ્છેલું ધ્યેય પ્રાપ્ત ના થાય તો હતાશ થઈ જાય છે.તેની આજુબાજુની દુનિયામાં તેને કાંઈ જ સારૂ દેખાતું નથી, તેની પર સતત નિરાશાના વાદળો જ છવાયેલા રહે છે.તે વિચારે છે કે મે ધ્યેય પૂરું કરવામાં શું બાકી રાખ્યું? મારો જીવ રેડી દીધો. છતાં, હું નિષ્ફળ થયો.તેના મનમાં વૈચારિક પ્રક્રિયા સતત ચાલુ જ રહે છે.સતત નિરાશાના નકારાત્મક વિચારોથી માણસ ઘણી વખત ગંભીર પગલું પણ ભરી બેસે છે. 

              માણસ મોટા ભાગે પડ્યા પછી ફરી ઉભું થવાનું સાહસ કરતો નથી. તે ત્યાં જ બેસી રહે છે નહિતર પોતાનો માર્ગ જ બદલી નાખે છે. તે હિંમત કરીને તે જ માર્ગ પર આગળ ડગ ભરે તો કદાચ તેની મંજિલ તેની રાહ જોતી હોય.પણ, લોકો શું કહેશે તેના ડરે તે પોતાની જાત પરનો વિશ્વાસ ગુમાવી પ્રયત્નો પર પૂર્ણવિરામ મૂકી દે છે.

               પ્રયાસમાં હાર થાય નહીં તો માણસ શીખે ક્યાંથી? હારથી જ કંઈક નક્કર શિખ મળે છે. આ શિખ મેળવ્યા વગર માણસ ઉપર તો ચડી જાય છે પણ, ત્યાં લાંબા સમય સુધી ટકી શકાતું નથી. નિષ્ફળતાના વરદાનથી જ અનુભવ, શિખ અને જ્ઞાન મળે છે.તેના થકી જ સફળતાના આગળના કપરા ચઢાણ સહેલાઇથી પાર કરી પ્રચંડ સફળતા પોતાના નામે નોંધાવી શકાય છે.

ENGLISH TRANSLATION 

There is something wrong in the effort ,

 Got me failure.

 Work hard

 Although no expected result.

 Lost-tired left target,

 Do not dare to rise again.

 Explained repeatedly to the mind,

 Leave the idea of people what say, trusting the Own quality.

 Failure is a blessing,

 From it comes experience, knowledge and learning.

 Missed if this step,

 Can only be climbed to the top.

 To reach the steep ascent of the summit,

 Strength comes only from this blessing.

Man becomes frustrated if he does not achieve the desired goal in spite of many efforts. He does not see anything good in the world around him, he is constantly surrounded by clouds of despair. He thinks that what is left for me to achieve the goal? I have done all with my heart.   However, I failed. The ideological process continues in his mind. Man often takes a serious step with the negative thoughts of constant despair.

 Man often does not dare to rise again after falling.  He stays there or else he changes his way.  If he dares to step forward on the same path, his destination may be waiting for him. However, he loses his self-confidence for fear of what people will say and puts an end to his efforts.

 Where does a person learn if he does not give up?  Defeat is the only way to get something solid.  Even if a man climbs on top without getting this lessons, he cannot survive there for long.  Experience, learning and knowledge are obtained only from the blessing of failure.Only through this can one easily cross the steep climb of success and enormous success can be registered in one's own name.
