A salute to the Tricolor, the identity of our unbroken India, conveying the message that inculcating the virtues of sacrifice, bravery, truth, peace, speed, being connected to the land-environment.
I am proud to be my Indian.
God gave me the good fortune to say that I am the child of Mother India. The lord of breath gave life in the holy land. That pride is because the soil of this land is different. God took human incarnation on this earth. In the blood of the people here, human qualities like love, faith, respect for others flow. That's why the British took advantage of the sweet welcome given to the British who came to do business. The coward British gave the power to the kings and kingdoms and fought internally and paved their way slowly. The naive people here were made slaves and ruled by the British.
It became difficult to live for suffering people due to the intolerable torture of the British. It was not easy to fight against the powerful authority. But, in the end, truth prevails. Many untold and fearless heroes laid down their lives to free Mother India from chain of slavery. This freedom of free breathing is not free. The Lives colored with patriotism have paid the price of their blood. A great people have achieved this great freedom through sacrifice and dedication in their life. Today we can roam freely, so maybe we don't understand the value of freedom. The patriots who aimed to drive away the British from the country. They did not even enjoy freedom. They selflessly sacrificed their lives to protect Mother India. The sacrifice of those heroes was for us today. We remember only the great personalities who led. But, there are many revolutionaries, patriots who through violence or non-violence have breathed their last only for the country, even we don't know their names. We have to thank all of them from the bottom of our hearts.
Madam Bhikhaji Kama created the national flag as a symbol of the country's identity and unity with the demand of an independent India to the world instead of British India and showed the ability to wave for India's freedom on the international stage. Then the compatriots changed it according to time. This national flag is the identity of our united India. Its saffron color means many sacrifice-bravery, white color peace and truth and green color for our agricultural country like greenness and environment protection. The Ashoka Chakra in the middle of the tricolor suggests keeping the pace of life unstoppable by implied the twenty four qualities in life.
On 15th August 1947, our country became independent. This year will complete 75 years of this great day. The competent leadership of the country gave the privilege of celebrating Amrit Mohotsav. This year there is a campaign of 'Har Ghar Tiranga' from 13th to 15th August. So let us all salute and honor all our compatriots, defenders and patriots by hoisting the tricolor at our homes. Salute to the glorious tricolor national flag of our country. I am proud to be an Indian.
