 હજાર કારણો હાજર છે દુઃખી રહેવાના,

તૈયાર જ હોય છે ફરિયાદો ને બળાપા,
અંધ બની જાય છે દ્રષ્ટિ,
આનંદિત રાખતા કારણ પ્રત્યે,
આંસુઓની વચ્ચે ચહેરા પર,
મહામુલુ સ્મિત વરસાવી શકનાર,
નબળા સંજોગોને મજબૂત મનથી હરાવી,
નિજાનંદમાં રહેતા જીવ
ઈશ્વરે સર્જેલા કિંમતી સર્જનને સાર્થક કરે છે.

જીવનમાં દુઃખી, ઉદાસ, હતાશ રહેવાના હજારો કારણો મળી રહેશે. પણ, સુખી, આનંદિત અને સંતોષી રહેવાનું કોઈ એક કારણ જીવનમાં હોય, તો હજાર કારણોને ભૂલીને તે એક કારણને પ્રાથમિકતા આપો. કેમકે, ઈશ્વરે આપેલું સુંદર જીવન જીવવા માટે છે, મરતા-મરતા જીવવા માટે નહીં. આપણા વિચારો અને આપણી આવડત પર જ જીવનમાં બનતી ઘટનાઓની પ્રતિક્રિયા સકારાત્મક બનાવી શકીએ.
જેમકે, કોઈ અપમાનિત કરે, ત્યારે તેના શબ્દો ને વર્તન કરતા આપણું મન મજબૂત હોવું જોઈએ. નમ્રતાથી જવાબ આપી ઘટનાને ભૂલી જવી,
આપણે ખડે પગે રહ્યા હોય છતાં, કોઈ આપણી જરૂરના સમયે મદદે ના આવે, તો સમજવુ કે, કોઈને મદદ કરી શકીએ એટલા ઈશ્વરે આપણને કાબેલ બનાવ્યા છે ને, મારી પડખે તો, જગતના સર્જનહાર છે, બધુ તેમને સમર્પિત છે.
આવી જીવનની બીજી ઘણી બાબતો હોય શકે, આપણા વિચારો અને દ્રષ્ટિકોણ જ જીવન જીવતા અને જીતતા શીખવે છે.

મોટા ભાગે માણસને બીજાની સરખામણી કરવામાં પોતાની પાસે રહેલું સુખ દેખાતું નથી. બધા તેમની પાસે ના રહેલાની જ ફરિયાદો કરતા હોય છે. આ પૃથ્વી પર જન્મ લીધો છે, તો જીવનની સાથે-સાથે સૌને સમસ્યાઓ મળવાની જ, તે નક્કી છે. બધાના સમસ્યાઓના રૂપ અલગ હોય છે. સમસ્યાઓને મોટી થવા દેવી કે સમાધાનને, તે આપણી આવડત પર છે. જે નિજાનંદમાં રહેતા હોય છે, તેની અંદર એક પ્રવાહ વહેતો હોય છે. એ પ્રવાહની ગતિમાં તેના ઉન્નત શ્વાસો વહેતા રહે છે, પરિસ્થિતિ ગમે તે હોય, સાહજિક બની, સમાધાનને રસ્તે આગળ વધે છે. આવી નિજાનંદી વ્યક્તિઓ ઈશ્વરે આપેલા મહામુલા જીવનના મૂલ્યને સમજતા હોય છે. તેઓ મરતા-મરતા જીવવા કરતા એક સુંદર પ્રવાહમાં કે જેમાં ખુશીઓ, આનંદ અને સંતોષ છે, તેમાં વહીને ઈશ્વરના સર્જનને ન્યાય આપે છે.

ENGLISH TRANSLATION

There are thousands of reasons to be sad,

Complaints and anger are always ready,

Vision becomes blind,

To the reason that keeps you happy,

On the face amidst tears,

Who can spread a great smile,

Defeating weak circumstances with a strong mind,

A soul living in bliss

Makes the precious creation created by God worthwhile.

There will be thousands of reasons to be sad, weak and depressed in life. But, if there is one reason to be happy, joyful and satisfied in life, then forget the thousand reasons and give priority to that one reason. Because, the beautiful life given by God is for living, not for living like dying. We can make the reaction to the events happening in life positive only on our thoughts and our abilities.

For example, when someone insults us, our mind should be strong against his words and behavior.  Answer humbly and forget the incident,

Even though we have been standing with others while they need more, if no one comes to our aid in our time of need, then understand that God has made us capable enough to help someone, and on my side, the creator of the world, everything is dedicated to Him.

There may be many other things in life like this, our thoughts and perspectives teach us to live and win life.

Most of the time, a person does not see the happiness he has in comparing oneself to others. Everyone complains about what one does not have. Having been born on this earth, it is certain that everyone will face problems along with life. The forms of everyone's problems are different. Letting the problems grow or solving them is up to our ability. The one who lives in with own soul, a current flows within. In the flow of that magical, one elevated breaths keep flowing, whatever the situation, one becomes intuitive and moves forward on the path of solution.  Such happy people understand the value of the precious life given by God. Instead of living in a state of constant death, they do justice to God's creation by flowing in a beautiful stream of happiness, joy and contentment.
